libproj0 software package provides Cartographic projection library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libproj0
libproj0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libproj0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libproj0 *
You will get with libproj0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
